Hydrate Yourself is a water tracking app built for personal use. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.
Hydrate Yourself does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter — including your name, weight, water intake logs, and reminder preferences — is stored locally on your device only and never leaves it.
The app functions entirely offline. No data is sent to any server, third party, or cloud service at any time.
Hydrate Yourself does not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services.
The app schedules local notifications on your device as reminders to drink water. These notifications are managed entirely by your device's operating system and do not involve any external service.
You can delete all data stored by this app at any time. Open the app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete All Data." This permanently removes all your logs, profile information, and preferences from your device. This action cannot be undone.
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes in the future, the updated version will be posted at this URL.
